Once your labs are ordered, you’ll receive a requisition form to take to any Labcorp location for your blood draw.

Yes. Switching requires enrollment under the Comprehensive membership terms and a new agreement.
No. Pellets release hormone unevenly over 3–6 months, often causing a surge followed by a sharp decline. We prefer therapies that mimic your body’s natural rhythm and can be adjusted precisely.
Testosterone cypionate, scheduled provider visits, prescription management, and routine care team support. Laboratory testing is billed separately.
Typically before treatment, around eight weeks after starting, and annually once stable, with additional labs as clinically indicated. Standard panels cost $125 per draw.
Testosterone cream is an option through REVV Comprehensive, not REVV TRT.
Yes. Routine communication and ongoing support are included. Additional scheduled provider visits cost $75.
No. REVV TRT is month-to-month and requires 30 days’ written notice to cancel.
Your membership includes comprehensive medical evaluation, individualized treatment planning, all provider appointments, ongoing laboratory review, prescription management, and continued support from your REVV care team. Prescribed treatments and laboratory testing are billed separately.
Depending on your individual needs, treatment may include testosterone, thyroid hormones, estradiol, progesterone, DHEA, and other appropriate therapies. Recommendations are based on your symptoms, laboratory results, medical history, and clinical evaluation.
No. REVV Comprehensive is designed for adults at different stages of life who want a more individualized evaluation of their hormonal and metabolic health. Whether treatment is appropriate depends on your clinical findings and personal health needs.
We offer month-to-month, six-month, and twelve-month membership options, each with its own monthly rate. Your prescribed treatments and laboratory testing are billed separately. We’ll review the applicable costs with you before enrollment.
Your laboratory schedule is determined by your individual treatment plan. Follow-up testing is commonly performed after starting or adjusting treatment, with additional monitoring based on your clinical needs. All provider appointments are included in your membership.
Metabolic health and body composition are part of the broader REVV Comprehensive approach. When clinically appropriate, weight-management strategies and GLP-1 medications may be incorporated into an individualized treatment plan. These medications are not included in the membership fee.
